The Bay Watch Resort has nothing to do with the T.V. show - it's an oceanfront resort in North Myrtle Beach that has a variety of different condos. They've got the standard assortment of pools that most resorts in the area have - a lazy river, an oceanfront pool, a kiddie pool, and a whirlpool. They have high speed internet access throughout the resort. The rooms are generally spacious, and some of the better ones have jacuzzis in the master bedroom and balconies with excellent views. It's not Ritz-level quality or expense, but it's a decent resort, and the towers have undergone renovations in the last few years so most of the rooms have been redone pretty recently.
As far as positioning, North Myrtle Beach has its own tourist attractions nearby, and if you're going for golf it's near a lot of the better courses. You'll likely need a rental, though, because many of the major attractions are in Myrtle Beach itself.
You can view their web site here, which has some pictures and a video, but not all that much information beyond room descriptions and layouts. They don't have a very big online presence so calling them is probably the best way to get information.
