Golf - Golf is the big one here, as many people buy vacation packages geared entirely around a golfing experience. There is a cluster of some of the best golf courses in America all located here within driving distance of each other, and you can easily spend a week or two simply going from course to course.
Broadway at the Beach - This is a great tourist attraction that has hundreds of things for you to do all located in one place. It's a combination of shopping centers, nightclubs, restaurants, theaters, and hotels all located around a 23-acre lake. There are all kinds of things you can do here, and they range from an aquarium to an IMAX theatre.
Ripley's Aquarium - The most visited attraction in South Carolina, this aquarium has a huge underwater tunnel path which you can walk along and see various fish and sharks swimming just outside where you're standing. It currently has a Titanic-themed exhibition, with a number of different exhibits showcasing marine life in the wreckage.
Dixie Stampede Dinner and Show - This is another famous attraction in Myrtle Beach - a huge, wild-west dinner show owned by Dolly Parton. As you eat, riders stage a mock North-South battle with dozens of horses, performing races and a number of tricks for the audience.
NASCAR Speedpark - This is a NASCAR-themed racing park featuring go-karts designed to look like NASCAR cars. It's got a number of tracks, designed both for children and adults. A great place to go if you've got a couple of NASCAR fans in the family.
