Wild Water and Wheels in Myrtle Beach
This is basically a water park, but they've got a couple of other things like mini-golf and a go-kart racing area packed in for good measure. It's open from May until September, but only full-time late May to early September. Admission is $25 for adults, $17 for children, but you can get discounts if you get a season pass or get a group special.
Wild Water and Wheels adds a different twist by offering not only water rides but also a race track area and other attractions that allow visitors to experience some dry fun as well.

There are also 3 mat slides - the Wild H2O Racer that uses sled-like mats to navigate the steep drops; Head Rush, which twists and turns and dumps riders into a pool below; and Twin Twister, identical slides that let you race side by side with friends or family members.

There’s also a bumper boat attraction and several additional dry kiddie rides. A miniature golf course is also offered on site.

Concession areas around the park include places where guests can purchase an entire meal or just a snack, including ice cream and cold beverages.

Should I go to Wild Water or Myrtle Waves?
They are both about the same, and have most of the same generic water-park rides along with some of their own. In the height of summer, Wild Water seems to get less crowded because it is in North Myrtle Beach, which is a little further away from the main tourist areas. But otherwise, there isn't much of a difference in terms of price or quality.
The official website of Wild Water is here, and they've got a slideshow with a bunch of pictures here. They've got a page with directions on how to get there here.
