Riverboat Cruises in Myrtle Beach, SC

Myrtle Beach has a unique tourist attraction in the form of the Jungle Princess, a riverboat that offers a number of different kinds of cruises in the waterways around Myrtle Beach. Its port-of-call is Barefoot Landing in North Myrtle, which is basically a big boardwalk-style outdoor shopping and entertainment area. There are a number of different cruises you can take depending on what time of day it is:

Moonlight Cruises - This is a romantic cruise for the adults, no kids. It features dancing and a fully-stocked bar for the festivities.

Dinner Cruises - They have a buffet dinner, and you can bring the family for this one if you want. It lasts about 2 hours and is in the early evening.

Sunset Cruise - Another dancing cruise where you can watch the sun set over the beach - but on this one, kids can come.

Sightseeing Tour Cruise - This is a guided tour of the water areas of Myrtle Beach, including the wildlife and all the sights.

Pirate Cruise - This one's for the kids. A big, watergun fight-filled cruise with a fun Pirate Ship theme.

You can also charter the Jungle Princess for special events, such as a wedding, business meeting or event, or celebration of any kind. They have a number you can call to make reservations for any of the cruises - 843-650-6600. You can also go to their web site here, which has prices and a couple of pictures.
