The accommodations at Sea Watch Resort come in a variety of sizes, ranging from studio to expansive 3-bedroom units suitable for large families or friends traveling together. The Oceanfront Studio unit includes a pull-down Murphy bed, a full-size sofa bed, one bathroom, and a full kitchen with range/oven, microwave, and refrigerator. One bedroom accommodations come in three different configurations. These rooms may include two double beds with an additional sofa bed or Murphy bed or a king-sized bed with a sofa bed or Murphy bed. The Deluxe One-Bedroom features a king bed and sofa bed as well as a washer/dryer in the unit. All one-bedroom units also include one bath and a full kitchen. Those looking for two-bedroom accommodations can choose from an Oceanview or Oceanfront unit with one king and two double beds (or two twin beds in smaller units), a sofa bed, two bathrooms, a full kitchen, and a washer/dryer. Three-bedroom units include one king, one queen, and two double beds as well as all the amenities of the two-bedroom units.
At this large resort, the on site amenities are numerous. Sea Watch boasts six pools, all situated in a spot overlooking the ocean. They are heated seasonally and two of them are covered for use during the cooler winter months. There are 10 hot tubs located throughout the resort, also including two that are covered for use during colder weather. For more water-related fun, guests can float down one of two lazy rivers, both 225 feet long. Special kids’ activities are offered year round and range from craft projects to pool games to special movie showings. In the summer, the resort also organizes family activities, many of them centered around Sea Watch’s many pools.
In addition, the resort boasts a large game room with classic and state-of-the-art video games, and for the adults, there’s a sizeable fitness room that includes treadmills, elliptical trainers, and a Universal gym. It’s free to all guests.
Dining at the Sea Watch Resort includes Captain’s Cove Café Oceanfront Restaurant, a casual eatery that offers a plentiful breakfast buffet as well as seasonal lunches and dinners that include a wide variety of entrees. During the summer months, guests can grab a cold drink or tropical beverage at the Oceanfront Tiki Bar, which specializes in daquiris and non-alcoholic smoothies.
With about 2,300 square feet of flexible event space, Sea Watch can host weddings of up to about 150 guests or provide rooms for corporate meetings. The lovely Calypso Ballroom features pool and ocean views and is the ideal setting for a special event any time of the year.
