The Crab House is a national chain of seafood restaurants originating in Florida. They have several different locations in Myrtle Beach, including at the major outdoor tourist areas. They mainly sell seafood, but they have a few steak and chicken dishes as well if someone in your party isn't into that or is allergic. They have a very diverse national menu which you can view on their website here, although with seafood what is available can be different locally and depending on the season.
The food generally gets good reviews, though I've seen some complaints about the quality online for various locations around the country (it's hard to tell if that's anything consistent, though, because people with bad experiences tend to get angry and complain). It is a little bit pricey.
